Weekend Shenanigans

Monday, Monday!

We had such a great little weekend!  It was busy, but so good and so full of Christmas fun!  Friday I surprised Ava with lunch (actually she knew, but it was intended to be a surprise...there are no secrets in this house).  Friday after school the girls had dance, Daddy picked up our pizza, and we turned in early because the weekend was going to be crazy full.

I just couldn't resist this picture.  That full diaper and her upper body all wrapped up.  And of course Olaf peeking through.  She has to have an Olaf or two or three.

Ava singing her latest favorite worship song!

Saturday day was spent at dance.  It was Ava and the rest of the Baby Star's FIRST time to rehearse with the full team for production.  She was SO excited and a little nervous.  It's a LOT of girls (and a few guys too).  It was a long morning, but Ava was a trooper and rocked it out!  She's excited for next Saturday when she gets to rehearse again.

Anna Claire has rehearsal every Saturday so this is really nothing new, but I couldn't resist not taking a picture of her sweet face.

Ava and M ready for their first full team production rehearsal!

After a LONG day of dancing, we were ready for the  Christmas party at the ranch!  We ran home, changed, and dropped Alli off with John.  It was an outside party with pony rides, hot chocolate, a fire, cookie making station, and then Polar Express was going to be projected on the barn (which didn't end up working, but we still had an incredible time).

Snug as a bug and ready to Christmas Party!

Making cookies!

Sadly it was too dark by the time we arrived so I didn't get good pony riding pictures (I was scared to frighten horses with a flash while my children were on them).  It was still such a fun night!  And a much needed date night with my big girls!

Sunday morning we churched it up and then came home for lunch.  One of Anna Claire's besties from Tennessee Facetimed (which is always so fun).  I'm so thankful for technology to help keep these friendships together (even though we don't even remotely do it enough).  After lunch and their Facetime date we had some Whos to create.  It was Parade time!

The girls were dressed as Whos from The Grinch for this years 67th Annual Adoration Parade.  They walked/rode with Dance Branson for their second year.

Little sister pouts, oh my!

Her Parade pose.

"Daddy, my hair.  Watch the speed bumps."  ;-)

That's a mouth full of candy smile, AC! ;-)

Dinner with friends and then waiting to watch our girls in the parade.

Here they come!

Stopped in front of the fountains (and judges table) to dance!

My littles after!

My Mini.

That was our weekend!  Love spending every moment with these people of mine.  Looking forward to another busy week and a busy weekend ahead.  My favorite time of year!
