Friday Favorites: Friday 5

Friday, July 17, 2015

In an effort to get back to blogging, can y'all believe I posted 5, yes 5 times this week??!! Granted, each post was a year way over due and I have about 10 running in the draft pile.

But life happens.

And I have ADD and dementia.

Not a good combo.

With that said, here are my Friday 5.  I really really do love this link up with Momfessionals!  I've met some ah-mazing Mama's through these blogs!  If you get a chance, you should check out some of the other blogs.

{one} - Vacation Packing we will be Florida bound!  To say I'm ready is the understatement.of.the.year.  In an effort to not take the house, I started packing last night.  Plus I have to pack for our trip to Houston so I just need extra time.  This bucket of goodness makes my heart happy.  Lots of fun in the sun and sand with my girls, my parents, brother, niece, & nephew.  Still sad John can't go, but we have a secret squirrel vacation we're working on for this winter.  #yayfortoday
{two} - holy jeans
Anyone who knows me knows that I'm a sucker for a good pair of holy jeans.  I ran into Target the other day for something else and naturally walked out $200 later with something else.   These suckers were $19.99 and part of the buy one get 1 50% OFF.

{three} - those pumpkins tho
No real explanation needed.  While I am not ready for school to get back, just yet, I am this close to hauling out the fall decor.
Can we just bask in the beauty that is this gold, black, and white combo?!

{four} - birthday parties
We celebrated our Ava and her bestie Claire's BIG 6 on Wednesday.  It's another one of the posts in my draft section that I will eventually get to. I seriously love this kid.  She can work a pinata.

Claire and Ava's Mermaid Party
{five} - werk
Mother of the year here hasn't had Alli in therapy much of the summer.  We've honestly had very little time and it has been a much needed break for for all of us.  We got back to therapy yesterday and this kid werked the water. She was signing, communicating, and enjoying actually being in the water.  So huge.  She actually cried when she had to get out.  Her favorite thing was learning how to shoot a water gun....skills that will come in handy at the beach, I'm sure.

Have an incredibly awesome weekend!
